Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable yoga fee is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the retreat unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund minus the yoga fee.
30 to 59 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total amount (excluding the yoga fee).
Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund.
If we cancel the retreat: A full refund, including the yoga fee, will be offered.

Postponement Option:

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may request to reschedule your booking for a future retreat date (subject to availability). This option is only available once and must be confirmed at least 14 days before the original retreat start date. The yoga fee will be transferred to the new date.

Note: In case of cancellation from the participant, any booking fees, currency conversion losses, or transfer costs already incurred are not refundable.

Travel & Transfers

Participants are responsible for their own arrival to the retreat location, unless airport transfers are included. Participants must submit their flight details at least 7 days before the retreat start date to arrange the airport transfer.

Program & Flexibility

The retreat program may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, local events, or unforeseen circumstances. We ask for understanding and flexibility in such cases.

Liability & Responsibility

By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the activities. All activities are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to property.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage.

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify or cancel retreats or events due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.

Photo & Media Rights

During the retreat, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you have stated otherwise in advance.

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information will be stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This information will only be used to organize and manage your participation in the retreat.

By booking a retreat with Nella Retreats, all participants confirm that they have read and accepted the information provided on our website, including details about daily schedules, yoga class guidelines, travel logistics, and the roles of the team involved. Reading this information helps ensure a smooth and respectful retreat experience for everyone.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco, and any disputes arising from the use of these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rabat, Morocco.
